For young electricians ‘safety’ is constantly part of the education process. Safety, Safety, Safety… The word is used so often for electrical apprentices there was an inherent risk there was a culture of ignoring workplace safety. SafetyNSW were looking for a fresh approach to reinforce the importance of OH&S. With this in mind we took a fresh approach to safety by putting a level of humour in a format that resonates to the social media generation.
The Shock Factor campaign was one of the first projects where we developed a comedic script. It expanded our knowledge, our scope and our crew. Once we had a taste for humorous script writing there was no going back.
